• Fan engagement tools: Helps manage overwhelming DMs and create personalized experiences for fans.

3. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to use Supercrush. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. Your ResponsibilitiesYou agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when signing up or using our services.
• Use Supercrush in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Obtain proper consent from any third parties, including for uploading files or using their personal data.

You must not:

• Use Supercrush for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Upload, post, or share any content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. Data Collection and Usage. Supercrush collects and processes data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes:

• OnlyFans DMs: Accessed to replicate your chatting style and automate fan engagement.
• Personal Information: Such as your name, email, gender, and sexual orientation provided during sign-up.
• Uploaded Files: Used to enhance personalization features.
• Voice Cloning Data: Stored and processed securely with your explicit consent and in partnership with ElevenLabs. ElevenLabs' Terms of Service apply to the voice cloning process and can be reviewed at https://elevenlabs.io/terms-of-use.

6. User-Generated Content By using Supercrush, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content you upload or generate (e.g., voice recordings, chat history) solely to provide and improve our services. You retain ownership of your content. Voice recordings and their clones remain under your ownership, and Supercrush does not claim any rights to your voice or likeness.
7. Intellectual PropertyAll Supercrush services, features, and content are owned by Supercrush and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services.
8. Fees and PaymentsUse of certain Supercrush features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information.
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

9. TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Supercrush if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited conduct. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.
